This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by ЕЙ АЙ СИСТЕМИ ЕООД ("Skailon") in connection with our Service and the messaging channels we operate (including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook).
How to request deletion
Send an email to hola@skailon.com with the subject line "Data deletion request", including:
- your full name;
- the email address and/or phone number associated with the data;
- a brief description of the data you want deleted.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request and may ask for information to verify your identity.
- We will delete the personal data we control, and instruct our processors and connected platforms to delete the corresponding data, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g. accounting and tax data).
- We will complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm once done.
Note for end users contacted through a business
If your data was processed because a business uses our Service to communicate with you, that business is the controller of your data. We will forward your request to the relevant business and assist them in fulfilling it.
